Credit Card Payment:

Via: 128bit Secure Payment Gateway administered by Nedbank South Africa

Only make payment if you have a reservation number supplied to you by Siyabona Africa Travel.
Most Credit Card types, Visa, Master card, American Express, Diners club & others are accepted. Use online http://secure.turtle.co.za or alternatively:
Fax credit card details to (++27) 21 424 1036 (recommended) or alternatively phone us on (++27) 21 424 1037 or via e-mail. If you want to do this via e-mail, the details must be sent in three separate e-mails for your own security reasons!

(Number 1, 2 and 3 has to be in three separate mails!)
1) Card Number and your approval of the amount to be debited
2) Date of Expiry
3) Last 3 digits on back of the card and your bank details on the card.
4) Name of Bank
5) Colour of card
6) Passport number
7) Reservation number
8) Photocopy of the front and back of credit card

Bank Transfer Payment:

Fax or e-mail a copy of the deposit slip to +27 21 424 1036 to ensure that payment can be identified on our bank statement. Without the payment slip, payment cannot be linked with the entry on our bank statement. Please provide your telephone number on the fax in case of any discrepancies.
A SWIFT bank transfer. Please clearly indicate your name on the deposit documentation. Our S.W.I.F.T Address SBZA ZA JJ

Cash Payment on or before departure:

Should you wish to pay the balance on day on your departure, then please note the tour guides do not have credit card machines on hand, payment will have to be cash only.

This is only applicable to Safari Tours and Overland Trips and has to be organised and confirmed with your Travel Consultant while making your reservation.

Financial Transaction Security

Credit card transactions are conducted via: 128bit Secure Payment Gateway administered by Nedbank South Africa.

Siyabona Africa conducts all other client transactions via Standard Bank of South Africa.
